Download the app and create a Paymo account with your phone number, email, a password, and a one-time code. You can explore the app straight away.
Only when you're ready to move money. Opening your account takes your CNIC and a selfie — it's required for verification under State Bank of Pakistan regulation.
Transfers to any bank account in Pakistan go over Raast and are free. Every transaction has a receipt with the fee and tax written out, so you can always check.
Raast transfers are instant.
Tap Add on the home screen to see your account details. Then, in your bank's app, select Digitt+ in the transfer list and send to that account. Paymo runs on Digitt+, an SBP-licensed Electronic Money Institution.
Codes are sent over WhatsApp first, with SMS as the fallback. If neither arrives, message us on WhatsApp or email and include the number you signed up with.
Every transaction needs your MPIN. You get email and in-app alerts whenever your account status changes.
In the app, under account limits — your daily and monthly send and receive limits, live, with a countdown to reset.
